Founder & CEO
In 2008, Shane Waters created one of the first crime podcasts as a college freshman in Indianapolis — not for entertainment, but to inform fellow students about unreported crimes the school wouldn't address. That investigative impulse became a career, a six-show media network, and nearly two decades of storytelling.
Today, Shane combines that same systems-thinking approach with AI strategy — helping businesses implement the automation and operational intelligence that powers his own network.
Independent by Design
While podcast networks consolidate into platform giants, we stay independent. Every editorial decision, every creative choice, every business move — made by the people who built this from a single microphone.
